Is your CD stuck inside the tray?

Here is the easiest method to eject your CD/DVD when you can’t eject it by using regular methods (drag it to the trash bin or pressing Command + E or clicking the eject icon on your finder).

Press Space bar + Command keys and type terminal, select it and press enter
On the command prompt type drutil eject tray
The CD/DVD should now be outside the tray :)

If the CD is still stuck inside the tray and won’t come out, press the On/Off button for about 5 seconds and press it again to start the machine. Usually the CD will eject by itself.

If it still fails, it’s probably a hardware issue, bring it to the nearest Authorized Service Provider, those guys will be able to take out your CD and fix the tray.
