Is your Mac system too slow?

Don’t worry about it. The first thing you need to do is to press ‘Command + Spacebar’ that will bring up the Spotlight. Key in ‘disk utility’ and press enter.

Disk Utility application is started. Click on the name of your hard drive and click “Repair Disk Permission”.

After few moment, the repair disk is finished. Try to test your system. Most of the time, this trick will solve the problem.

What if the system’s still showing no improvement?
Try another trick :) . Restart your Mac, then after you are shown a blank screen, press and hold ‘Command + Option + R + P’ at the same time while the system is just started to boot up. In few moment, you will hear a ‘dung’ sound and the screen goes white. Keep your fingers on those buttons, and wait for 2-3 others ‘dung’ sounds and white screens.

Now let the system boot up by releasing your fingers from those buttons.

This method is actually to reset your system memory parameter. It won’t harm your system or configuration at all. You should do this method once in a while, especially when you never shut your system down :)
